Well, to get a good deal you need to look for hotels away from Miami Beach (usually pricey)
Look around the port of Miami, this way you will be pretty close from the cruises.
Since you are coming with a big group, I dare to suggest you to call the hotel and negotiated a good price!

I will coming to Miami next year with a group of 36 people and we are looking for a decent hotel that has free transportation from the airport ot the hotel and to the port of Miami. I have been on line looking for hotels and the reviews are just horrible. We are by no means rich and cannot afford $150.00 a night hotels. We are budgeting our funds in order to go on this cruise and we don’t want to spend a fortune for one night but we don’t want a dump either. I have ruled out the Days Inn, La Quinta, Runway Inn, Red Roof. Could you help was out.
