Next tropical depression could form ‘at any time’
Monday, September 22nd, 2008The National Hurricane Center said at 4:15 p.m. Sunday that the tropical disturbance that was near Puerto Rico is right on top of the island, ratcheting up winds of 30 to 35 mph and dropping lots of rain.
