Thursday, August 14th, 2008Federal forecasters today boosted their predictions for the 2008 Atlantic hurricane season.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is now calling for 14-18 named storms, including seven to 10 hurricanes, with three to six of those being intense with winds greater than 110 mph.
