The Food Network South Beach Food and Wine Festival in Miami is a national, four-day Miami festivals event that presents the excellent abilities of the world's most well-known wine makers, chefs and cooking stars.

This very popular Miami festivals event will be hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU).

The South Beach Food and Wine Festival in Miami will be held from February 25th to the 28th, 2010 and Miami festivals proceeds will benefit FIU's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.
