The annual Festival Miami 2008 opens the South Florida arts season with superior and diverse musical programming and expands academic opportunities and cultural enrichment to all attendees. This year, the Miami Florida festival will take place from October 9th to November 3rd starting at 8:00 pm. Each week of this four-week Miami Florida festival will feature a unique theme including “Great Performances,” “Jazz and Beyond,” “Creative American Music,” and “Music of the Americas.” There will be 23 different concerts at the 25th annual Festival Miami 2008.
This annual musical Miami Florida Festival is held at the Gusman Concert Hall at the University of Miami. Discover an inspiring collection of international and local artists, faculty and student ensembles, world premieres, symphonic concerts, chamber music and jazz performances.
