Art Basel Miami 2009 is one of the biggest annual events in the world. The International art show is held in Miami Beach, Florida and has created a name for itself.

 

This year, the Miami event will be from December 3rd – 6th. The Art Basel Miami 2009 art show offers cultural events exhibiting architecture, design, music, film and other creative pieces and mediums.

 

Of course the location of Art Basel Miami 2009 will be an artistic area, itself: The Art Deco district of Miami. Over 1,500 artists from North and Latina America, Asia, Europe and Africa will exhibit their works of art at the Miami event.

The art show celebrates the coming opening of Chop Shop Chix Beauty Lab, the female version of the celebrity hot spot Chop Shop Barbershop.  Femme Art Miami will run from December 1st to December 6th at the Coppertone Building in the historic MiMo District during Art Basel Miami. The Femme Art Miami hopes to call attention to female artists and promote and sell their work.
